Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bike Village account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and manuals or tools are included.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
